Defensive Concealed Handgun

This course is NOT for beginners to learn the ropes.   All students must have taken a prior handgun course from a reputable trainer (NRA basic pistol does NOT count).  In this course, we will be going over space creation, drawing from concealment, weapon manipulations, equipment choices, etc.  If scheduling permits we will have an active LEO guest speaker during the afternoon, they will give a debrief on their OIS and what you could/should expect during and after an incident as a civilian.

We will be on bay 5 which is at the top.  There will also be a Medical portion taught by Bill Masaru  a current SF medic.  This is a certified Stop the Bleed and you will receive a certificate at the end. The class fee is $25 and highly recommended.  This will take place during lunch.  If you have already taken the class you are free to opt out.

(Pre-requisite:  Some formal training equivalent to a Pistol 1 from a reputable instructor/company.)

Course Materials:

- Serviceable pistol equipped w/ RDS or iron sights

- 3 or more magazines

- Magazine pouch

- 300-500 rounds minimum

- Food and plenty of water

- Sunblock

- knee/elbow pads
